Sister Ally Application
An sister ally is a member's personal touchpoint in the Arize Together community. She meets with her member monthly and checks in with her regularly. She is there for her member on her darkest days, and is her biggest cheerleader. Sister allies also are a part of the Arize Together community and take additional steps to serve in this role: Submit this application. Complete interviews. Attend an orientation. Complete care training. Complete the Arize Together Human Trafficking Education Seminar. Submit to a background check. Sign onboarding forms. Attend at least six member connection opportunities. Participate in the pairing process.
